Regrettably the Pabulum Cafés remain closed under the guidance issued by UK Government for the period of the third lockdown in England.  Although the Government has now issued its ‘roadmap’ to relaxing the lockdown rules, it is understood that this is based on the data reflecting the reduction in the prevalence of Covid-19 cases in the community rather than firm calendar dates, so that at the moment we are unable to advise when we might start a tentative re-opening programme.  The Trustees and Organisers will continue to monitor Government guidance so that when resumption of opening is permitted and it is considered that the safety of our members, volunteers and visitors can be maintained in accordance with the guidance, we will then work towards re-opening.

Following the issue of new Government lockdown guidance, particularly in respect of people aged over 60 and those who are clinically vulnerable, effective from 5^th November 2020, the trustees have decided that, regrettably, the Pabulum Cafés will have to close once again.  All members and volunteers who had booked to attend the cafés in the next 4 weeks will be contacted individually.

It is hoped that after this lockdown we will be able return to the restricted re-opening that had been in place since the beginning of October but we will keep you advised of this when the government issues more guidance in due course.
